Vulnerability Management

Vulnerability Management · Continuous solution

Fix the weakness that matters before it is exploited.

We supply, deploy and support a vulnerability management solution that scans your systems, networks and applications, ranks every weakness by risk and keeps watching, so your team patches in the right order.

Why it matters

Scanning is easy. Knowing what to fix first is not.

Risk-ranked, not just listed

Severity is set by the potential impact on your systems and data, so the riskiest weaknesses rise to the top of the remediation queue.

Fixes owners can act on

Each finding comes with remediation guidance your system owners can follow, turning a long scan report into a short, ordered worklist.

New exposure caught early

Regular scanning spots new vulnerabilities as systems change, rather than waiting for the next annual assessment to reveal them.

How it runs

A lifecycle, not a once-a-year scan.

We set the solution up once, then the cycle repeats: every round of scanning feeds classification, prioritisation and verified fixes.

Deploy and configure

We license, install and configure the solution for your estate, defining scan targets, access and reporting for each team.

Identify

Scans across systems, networks and applications surface potential security weaknesses wherever they sit in the estate.

Classify

Each vulnerability is given a severity level based on its potential impact on your systems and the data they hold.

Prioritise

We help you decide which weaknesses pose the greatest risk to your organisation and must be addressed first.

Mitigate

Remediation guidance reaches the right owners, and fixes are rescanned so a closed ticket really means a closed exposure.

Monitor continuously

Regular scanning and monitoring catch new vulnerabilities as they appear and confirm that earlier fixes are holding.

What's included

Deploy, enable and sustain.

Expected outcomes: a risk-ranked remediation queue, earlier detection of new vulnerabilities, and evidence that fixes have been rescanned.

FAQ

Vulnerability management, from scan to fix.

What IT and security teams ask before rolling out a vulnerability management solution.

How is this different from a vulnerability assessment?

An assessment is a snapshot delivered as a report. Vulnerability management is a tool and a process you keep: it scans regularly, classifies and prioritises findings and follows them until they are fixed.

Will scanning slow down production systems?

Scan scope, timing and intensity are agreed with your teams during deployment, and sensitive systems can be scanned in agreed windows. You stay in control of what is scanned and when it happens.

What do you need from us?

An agreed asset scope, network access for the scanner, credentials where authenticated scans are wanted, and named owners for remediation. We handle licensing, installation, configuration and training.

Does it help with compliance audits?

Vulnerability management is a control area in ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NCA ECC and SAMA CSF. Regular scan reports and documented remediation give your auditors the evidence that the control is operating.

Who supports the tool after go-live?

We do. Maintenance, upgrades and technical support are part of the solution, so it keeps pace with newly published vulnerabilities and your team has a named partner when something needs attention.
