Compliance Services · Regional & international frameworks
Face your regulators with evidence already in hand.
From NCA and SAMA to ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS, we turn each requirement into owned actions, written policies and working governance, then support you through monitoring, testing and, where it applies, certification.
Why it matters
Many frameworks. One way to satisfy them.
Overlapping rules, one programme
Banks and critical sectors in Jordan and KSA answer to several frameworks at once. We work them together, so one control can meet many requirements.
Know your exposure first
A gap assessment shows exactly where you fall short and where you are already strong, so budget goes to the gaps that carry real regulatory weight.
Compliance past audit day
Ongoing monitoring, testing and reporting keep your status current, so the next review checks progress instead of restarting the work.
How we deliver
Seven phases. From first gap to final audit.
Each phase produces something your compliance officer can put in front of a regulator, from the first gap report to the certification audit.
Current-state assessment
A gap analysis or compliance assessment against your chosen framework, showing where you comply, where you fall short and why.
Compliance action plan
Every gap becomes a task with an owner, a timeline and a priority, so leadership can approve the work and follow it.
Policies and procedures
We write or update the policies and procedures the framework demands, in language your teams will actually follow.
Governance
Committees, roles and supporting governance documents built or refreshed to match what the framework expects of management.
Training and awareness
Sessions and material that explain what the framework asks of each employee and how their daily work meets it.
Ongoing compliance
Monitoring, testing and reporting after go-live, so your status holds between audits and new requirements are absorbed early.
Certification
Where the framework offers certification, we prepare you and support the audit that demonstrates compliance to outside parties.
What you receive
Assess and certify, govern and train, across every framework in scope.
Expected outcomes: a clear view of your compliance gaps, remediation actions with named owners, and audit-ready evidence for your regulators.

Compliance questions, straight answers.
What compliance officers ask before they commit to a programme.
Which frameworks and regulations do you cover?
Internationally: ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST CSF, ISO 22301, GDPR, ISO 27701 and COBIT. Regionally: the CSF for the Jordan financial sector, SAMA CSF, BCM and CTI, NCA regulations, NDMO standards and Saudi Aramco cybersecurity standards.
We answer to more than one regulator. Do we need separate projects?
Usually not. We assess the frameworks together and map shared controls, so one policy or piece of evidence can satisfy several requirements and your teams are not asked for the same thing twice.
What do you need from our side?
A named sponsor, access to the people who own each process, and your existing policies and evidence. We run the interviews and document reviews and keep the demand on your staff as light as the framework allows.
Do you issue the certificate?
Where a framework leads to certification, the certificate comes from an independent body. We prepare you, support the certification audit and help close findings. For regulatory frameworks, we prepare the evidence your regulator expects.
What happens once we are compliant?
Phase six helps you stay there. We monitor, test and report on your controls, so changes in your business or in the regulation are picked up early rather than at the next audit.
