Technical Security Consultation · Test & harden
Prove your defences hold under real pressure.
Three practices under one roof: infrastructure, applications and security operations. Each finding comes with evidence and a fix.
Our practices
Three practices. One attacker's-eye view.
Choose the layer you need tested, or combine all three for a full picture from the network edge to the security operations centre.
Infrastructure Security
Attack, assess and harden: penetration tests, red teaming, compromise checks and configuration reviews.
Explore infrastructureApplications Security
Web and mobile application penetration testing and software source code review, with remediation advice for developers.
Explore application securitySecurity Operations
SOC maturity assessments, roadmaps and framework design that cover processes, playbooks, governance and KPIs.
Explore security operationsWhy it matters
Controls on paper can fail. Test them before attackers do.
Spend where exposure is real
Testing shows which weaknesses an attacker could really exploit, so budget goes where it matters.
Weaknesses closed at the source
Configuration baselines, firewall reviews and code review reduce whole classes of flaws before they reach production.
A SOC that sees the attack
Maturity assessments and framework design help your SOC detect and escalate real attack techniques.

FAQ
Technical testing, questions answered.
What CISOs and IT directors want settled before a tester goes near production.
Can you test without risking production?
We agree scope, test windows and exploitation limits with you in advance and coordinate any risky step before it happens. Where a system is too sensitive, we can test a staging copy or use non-intrusive methods.
Vulnerability assessment or penetration test: which do we need?
A vulnerability assessment finds and ranks known weaknesses across many systems. A penetration test goes further and exploits them to show real impact. Many clients assess regularly and penetration test critical systems.
What do we get at the end of a test?
Leadership gets an executive summary. Your technical team gets a detailed report with evidence for each finding, prioritised remediation recommendations and a knowledge transfer session.
Do these tests support our compliance obligations?
Yes. Standards and regulators such as PCI-DSS, SAMA and NCA expect regular technical testing. Our reports give auditors the evidence they ask for, and each finding can be tracked to closure in ExceedGRC.
Can you retest after we fix the issues?
Yes. Follow-up support and retesting are part of our penetration testing and mobile application services, so you can show auditors that each issue is closed, not just reported.

Describe the systems, applications or SOC you want examined. A technical consultant will reply with a proposed scope, method and test plan.
