FAQ
Governance programmes, answered before you commit.
What compliance officers and CISOs ask before they commit to a governance programme.
Which strategic service should we start with?
Usually the one your next audit or regulator demands. If nothing is pressing, an ISO 27001 gap analysis is a sound first step, because its risk assessment and policies support the other four services.
Can one programme satisfy several regulators?
Yes. We map the requirements of each framework, such as SAMA CSF, NCA controls or PCI-DSS, onto a single control set, so the same policies and evidence answer more than one audit.
How much of our team's time will this take?
Your control owners join interviews, workshops and reviews, while we do the drafting, analysis and coordination. The project plan agreed at the start shows who is needed and when.
Will we be able to run the programme ourselves?
That is the aim. Every service hands over documented processes, trained owners and awareness material, and our academy runs BSI Lead Implementer courses for ISO 27001 and ISO 22301.
Do you cover data privacy laws such as the PDPL?
Yes. Our compliance and third-party risk services take in GDPR and the Saudi PDPL, and our data classification work identifies the personal data those laws protect.
