Security Monitoring · SOC analysts on a 24/7 schedule

Your network, watched every hour of every day.

Our SOC analysts continuously monitor security events and alerts through your SIEM and integrated NDR and EDR technologies. They investigate suspicious activity, distinguish genuine threats from false positives and promptly report confirmed incidents with actionable recommendations.

Monitored through one SIEM view

5 stages

From onboarding to reporting

Why it matters

Attackers keep no office hours. Neither do our analysts.

Threats found, not just logged

Logs only protect you when someone reads them. Our analysts correlate events across sources and flag the activity that genuinely needs attention.

Act while it still matters

Confirmed incidents reach your team promptly, with context and actionable recommendations, so containment can start before the damage spreads.

Evidence for regulators

Regular posture reports show auditors and your board that monitoring is running, reviewed and improving, backed by records rather than assurances.

How we deliver

Five stages. One continuous watch.

Monitoring starts with knowing what to watch. We integrate your sources with your SIEM, tune detection and keep the reporting cycle running for as long as you need it.

Scope and onboarding

We agree which networks, systems and critical assets are in scope, and how incidents should be escalated to your people.

Source integration

Your NDR, EDR and other security tools are integrated with your SIEM, so analysts see their events and alerts in one place.

Correlation and tuning

Events from different sources are correlated so related activity is seen together, and recurring false positives are tuned out.

Investigation and triage

SOC analysts investigate suspicious activity around the clock and distinguish genuine threats from false positives.

Reporting and advice

Confirmed incidents are reported promptly with actionable recommendations, alongside regular security posture reports.

What's covered

What we monitor, how events are handled and what you receive.

Expected outcomes: faster response to confirmed incidents, less alert noise reaching your team, and regular evidence of monitoring for auditors and regulators.

FAQ

Before you sign, the questions that matter.

What IT and security leaders ask before handing their monitoring to our SOC.

Which technologies do you monitor with?

We monitor through your SIEM, with NDR and EDR integrated alongside the other security tools you already run. During onboarding we confirm which sources feed the service and flag any gaps worth closing.

Do you replace our existing security tools?

Not necessarily. Where your tools already produce useful data, we integrate them. Where visibility is missing, we tell you plainly and recommend what to add.

What happens when you detect something?

An analyst investigates the activity and, once a threat is confirmed, reports it promptly to your nominated contacts through the escalation path agreed at onboarding, with actionable recommendations for your team.

How is the service reported?

Beyond incident notifications, you receive regular reports on your security posture, with recommendations your team can prioritise and present to management.

Does monitoring help with compliance?

ISO 27001 and many regional regulations expect security events to be logged and reviewed. Our monitoring and posture reporting give you evidence that this happens consistently.
