Data Classification · Solution delivery
Know what your data is worth. Protect it to match.
We deploy, configure and support a data classification solution that identifies your sensitive data, from personal and financial records to intellectual property, labels it by sensitivity and applies access controls and encryption to each level, integrated with your environment.
Why it matters
Not all data is equal. Stop guarding it as if it were.
Controls where they count
Classification tells you which data needs encryption and tight access, so protection effort goes to the records that would hurt most to lose.
Clear rules for every employee
Labels applied by the solution, with clear handling procedures, show staff how to store, send and share each type of data, which reduces guesswork in daily decisions.
Evidence for privacy regulators
A documented framework and labelled data help you show that personal and sensitive information is handled in line with your obligations.
How we deploy
Four steps. From unknown data to labelled data.
We start with what you hold and who touches it, then deploy and configure the solution to fit your organisation's size, sector and risk appetite.
Assess
We assess your data protection needs: where sensitive data lives, who uses it and how it is stored and shared today, so the solution is scoped to what you hold.
Design the framework
A classification framework with sensitivity levels, labelling rules and the access, encryption and handling controls the solution will apply to each.
Deploy and integrate
Our engineers install and configure the solution, integrate it with your environment and access controls, and classify and label data, with encryption applied per level.
Train and support
Staff learn what each label means and what they must do, and our engineers support the solution after go-live, so classification becomes a habit rather than a one-off project.

Track classification controls live in ExceedGRC.
A classification policy only works if people follow it. ExceedGRC, our consultants' own platform, holds your data protection policies, measures gaps against SAMA CSF, NCA ECC or ISO 27001, and tracks each remediation action until the auditor can see it closed.

Labels and controls, answered.
What data owners, CISOs and compliance teams ask before classification starts.
How many classification levels should we use?
Enough to drive different controls, and no more. We set the levels during framework design based on your data, your regulators and your culture, because a scheme staff cannot remember will not be applied.
Do we have to classify all existing data at once?
No. The assessment shows where the most sensitive data sits, so classification is prioritised accordingly, while new data is labelled under the framework as soon as it is approved.
Will classification slow our staff down?
It should not. Clear labels and simple handling rules usually make daily decisions quicker, and training and communication are built into the project so people know exactly what is expected of them.
How does this relate to PDPL and other data laws?
Data protection laws start with a simple question: what personal data do you hold, and how is it protected? Classification answers both, and our Compliance service can map the obligations that remain.
Which types of data do you cover?
PII, financial records, intellectual property and trade secrets come first, plus any categories your sector or regulators define. The framework is tailored to the data you actually hold.
