Method

How a technical engagement runs.

01

Coordination

Targets, testing windows, and rules of engagement agreed in writing first.

02

Reconnaissance

Map what is actually exposed, which is rarely what the diagram says.

03

Vulnerability Assessment

Identify weaknesses across the in-scope estate, application, or codebase.

04

Exploitation

Establish which findings are genuinely exploitable. We operate as the auditor.

05

Reporting

Evidence, business impact, and a remediation path ordered by risk.

06

Verification

Retest after the fixes land, to confirm closure rather than assume it.

FAQ

Common questions.

How is this different from Strategic Security Consultation?

Technical Security Consultation is hands-on assessment and testing work on your systems, applications, and detection function. Strategic Security Consultation is policy-level advisory. Many engagements combine both.

Do these engagements include a written report?

Yes. Nearly every technical service produces an Executive Summary and a Detailed Report at minimum, with evidence, risk ratings, and remediation guidance specific to the findings.

Can you test production environments?

Yes, testing schedules for anything touching production are coordinated with your team in advance as part of the engagement.

Do you offer retesting after remediation?

Several services, including Mobile Application Penetration Testing, include a dedicated verification phase to confirm fixes before close-out. Ask about retesting when scoping any engagement.
